I had a free inspection done by Cody. Often times when people say they’re going to do a free inspection, you can expect a slew of recommendations with a price tag not in the budget. Not with Cody! For the first time in a long time, I actually had a roofer who was honest with me. He told me at the moment, my roof looked great and didn’t need any work but would need some maintenance likely later down the road and explained why based off my location and the condition of roofs in the neighborhood. He left his card with me and indicated that if I needed something in the future to just give him a call. I will absolutely be giving Cody a call!

Cody Oznick from perimeter roofing was great to work with. Friendly, courteous and an overall professional. Roof installation was quick and seamless. Crew was friendly and greet at their job.

New roof put on about 2 weeks ago. Evan Carver did a great job from start to finish: assisting with the insurance claim, arranging for and checking on the install., etc. We had a few minor follow-up concerns and Evan is all over them. Highly recommend, and ask for Evan.

We work with Evan with trying to get our roof replaced due to storm damage. Evan did an awesome job communicating with us and the insurance company in getting everything done. He answered all our questions and followed up when it was necessary. We could not have asked for a person and company help us through this process.

Recent roof replacement. Guys worked really hard, everything was cleaned up on time. I was concerned about the nails on the ground and they sent three people back the second afternoon to search for nails that were initially missed. They stayed and searched for about an hour and a half. Jay Carver was our company rep and he kept us informed throughout the entire process.
